  Within a minute of us pulling up the the hotel, someone was outside helping us with our bags into the elevator, checking us in and bringing our bags to the room. They were prepared and ready for us. Extremely polite staff, immaculately clean. Les chambres propres ont de l 'ambiance. - The staff were friendly, I stayed for 3 nights whilst skiing. The hotel is well equipped to cater for skiing and is only a short walk to the main lifts. Good breakfasts with local cuisine options. No annoying loud English any where to be seen or heard which was excellent. Rooms warm & clean. The hotel was on the drop off route for the Morzine - Geneva shuttle service so door to door transfer from Geneva was very covenient.
