  Utmärkt frukost och trevlig personal - Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff, Highly reccomended - I have stayed at this hotel several times during the past 18 months. Value for money is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff helpful and courteous.

  The accommodation was comfortable and the hotel is in a great location a short walk to the town centre. This hotel has excellent food and staff are there if u need them. The resort is typically French so get your phrase book out English is not widely spoken. Will stay there again and hotel was good value for money

  Easy to find, friendly staff, quiet,cosy, and clean good size of room and bathroom. We asked some info where to eat. Their recommendation was excellent. Our stay was somehow off-season, and the price for the room was good value. - Staff were fabulously helpful, particularly when we needed help to find emergency dental treatment. If the weather is good you can see Mont Blanc from your terrace and the golf club's territory what is pleasant for the eyes and there are no other hotels back to back - silence all around( we lived on the second floor, room with Mont Blanc view).   Huge comfy beds/pillows. Stylish room and nice bathroom. Breakfast was great lots of choice - continental style. Free wifi was good. The restaurant next door was very nice for dinner. The spa is amazing and well worth the additional €10. Lots of jacuzzi pools, sauna, steam room, turkish bath - all really amazing. The attached waterpark, for which free tickets are included for hotel guests, was fantastic. We only stayed the one night as it was a stopover, but would happily return for 2 or 3. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality.

A short taxi ride from the station and a comfortable and pleasant 15 min stroll along the lake edge to the very charming town of Annecy.   The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed having breakfast and dinner with a lovely view of Mont Blanc.   We booked the hotel as it is situated on the Tour de France route and we asked if we could have a room with a balcony overlooking the route. Raphael could not have been more helpful and we had an excellent view of the entire race.   We appreciated our 3 night-stay in L'Echo des Montagnes. The hotel is in a nice location with mountain views. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean.
