  Arc en Ciel boasts 'simple' rooms, and this is true, but they have everything you need, and are very clean, cosy and relaxing. Gorgeous views, ample facilities, friendly staff, gorgeous food and ideally situated for easy access up to the slopes. Chatel itself has some lovely shops, bars, restaurants and is very authentic and pretty, and bigger th... vad folk säger » an I expected. The atmosphere is very nice in the village, and in the hotel. The slopes are ample for a weekend, and for only an extra 10 euros or so - Owners were very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Room was comfortable if a little small. There was undercover parking close by. Ski bus left from outside the hotel.

  We booked the hotel as it is situated on the Tour de France route and we asked if we could have a room with a balcony overlooking the route. Raphael could not have been more helpful and we had an excellent view of the entire race. Apart from the race, La Clusaz is a lovely place and the character of the hotel and the warm reception made our time w... vad folk säger » onderful.   Beautiful hotel; lovely dining room, pool and room. Great family atmosphere and nice staff. Very relaxing and close to town. Clearly cosy in the winter but also great garden area and terrace for the summer.

  The hotel was lovely,old style, quiet,wooden and warm and cosy. The food was really delicious every night, quite a high standard and the staff very friendly. Very clean.

  Lovely place, lovely views and lovely people! I actually landed here by accident, most places in albertville being full. It was a 25 min drive from albertville along a beautiful route. I received a very warm welcome by the owner upon my late arrival. My room was gorgeous. Breakfast was equally nice. I would certainly stay again if i'm close by.
