Fantastic hotel for the price. Lovely, clean rooms with spacious en suite. Bar downstairs is always manned with friendly staff (happy hour 5-7pm). This is a very old hotel, but very comfortable. The beds and bedding were some of the best we stayed in over 3 months and we had rooms with 2 sets of windows overlooking the mountains. It snowed both nights and the rooms were lovely and warm.

We liked the cleanliness of the rooms, the situation of the hotel which was close to the ski runs. They had ski storage rooms. Half covered parking space is helpful in winter. - the piste which leads you to the telecabine, is directly near the hotel. the staff is very friendly

Extremely welcoming and helpful staff. They even sourced a ice pack for my injured thumb. They also provided us with changing facilities after we had checked out which allowed us to fit in an extra four hours of skiing before heading back to Geneva to catch our flight home. We arrived after hiking a day on the TMB, & the jacuzzi and fabulous dinner made it for us. I'd booked in advance & originally thought it expensive, but the free breakfast buffet completely made the difference. Mercí. -

Sandra, the owner, couldn't do enough for you. One of the most happy and helpful propreiters I have ever come across and on more than one occasion Sandra went above and beyond the call of duty for my group. Very impressive lady with a big heart.
Rooms were small but clean and well layed out.
Restaurant was good and breakfast more than adequate.

The owners were absolutely friendly and the room lovely; the bathroom was a bit small and the WC was separated from the other bathroom facilities but that was not a real problem, at least for us...the SPA was way over expectation, with jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. Even if Les Houches is a bit outside Chamonix (8 km / 5 mi) the advantage is that it is cheaper

The hotel for us was set in the ideal location, 10 minutes walk to Chamonix town centre with 2 but stops and a train stop outside the hotel. The hotel is lovely, the meals are fabulous and the staff are what really make this hotel great. Friendly and helpful all the time. Will definately be coming back here. No idea why it is down as a 2 star h

Friendly and relaxed place, with close proximity to Chamonix town centre (10min walk) and good links to the slopes. There is bus stop just outside of the hotel, which can take you directly to either Le Tour or Les Houches skiing area. The staff is cool and relaxed, food is amazing and great value for money if you book half board. Excellent 3 course dinners as a part of half board. Great value for money overall, in a very expensive Chamonix area. Nice and cosy restaurant and bar area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.The room was very comfortable and radiators could be adjusted to your requirements.The restaurant food was 1st class and we even had breakfast in bed as an added luxury.The location is ideal for ski lifts and shops,bars etc.
It is expensive but worth it if you want to spoil yourself.

The hotel and staff were fantastic. the situation was terriffic. The breakfast was very good and we used the hotel restaurant for one of our evening meals and that too was first class and good value for money. This is a great hotel to stay in. If I were to return to Morzine I would use it again!
