  Staying at Casa di Lucia was the highlight of our stay. Martine and Jean Charles were extemely welcoming, the food was delicious, and the view was amazing.   There was a warm welcome right from the start - and this continued through breakfast (more than adequate) to checking out. The rooms are really mini-apartments (with kitchen facilities) and so there is the chance to cook and eat 'at home' (there are also tables and chairs outside in the small courtyard). Literally in centre of town. Clean &comfortable rooms. Off street parking, free but a little tricky to get to. Very friendly & helpful staff, with limited English, but warm & friendly. Restaurant very good also, simple but adequate continental breakfast.

  Trevlig och tillmötesgående föreståndare. Nära till vandringsleder och fin natur. - It is a very cozy, nice and calm place in the mountains above 1000m altitude. Vincent, the owner is a friendly, kind and helpful person. Ask him about local trips, roads, dining places or even weather conditions, he will suggest you the most relevant things for yo... vad folk säger » u. He is a pilot, maybe you will have lucky with weather and you can have a flying trip around Corsica. The rooms are simple, but convinient with wooden furnitures. Wi-fi is ok, and you should spend some time in the dining room to brow - The staff/owners were very friendly and welcoming and gave us lots of suggestions of places to see, things to do and where to eat. Breakfast was lovely as was the packed lunch with Coriscan delicacies. Everything was delightful and we would stay here again without hesitation.

  The room was lovely and the view of the mountains was stunning. We especially enjoyed having a huge terrace attached to the room. It extended our space and didn't have to be shared with other guests. Though the owners don't speak English, we were able to communicate at a basic level with each other and all was fine. We had a room with a terrace which we enjoy a lot. It is close to Corte and easy to find. They owners were both very nice and provide us with interesting information about Corsica. They even suggest a road to go to Bastia which is mainly used by the local... What a trip !!!!

  We had a fabulous experience and are looking forward to a return visit. The area is perfect for hikers of varying abilities, and the owner/guide of Casa Vanella an expert resource. Incredibly clean and well-organized room, with good reading lights and lots of hot water in the sink and shower. Gorgeous views, quiet village, welcoming people. Excellent breakfast. There is Table d'hôte in the evenings, €27.50, cheapest wine is €24, and it's request, certainly, but they do it every night. We didn't have it, but it smelt excellent.

  Our favourite of all five hotels. It was very difficult to find but once there, we could have stayed longer. Like a small family hotel but with boutique rooms. Gorgeous and Marianne and her mother were so helpful. - Very nice hosts. Completely new, very clean and large rooms, and king-size bed. We also had a very nice dinner.   The room was lovely and very clean. It had a lovely balcony. Air conditioning if needed. It's taken care of by the great staff of the restaurant opposite which serves great food. We would absolutely stay here again. We stayed here while visiting the South of Corsica and it made a perfect base to do so.
