  Very friendly and professional staff, room was clean and tidy, breakfast was spot on and we are looking forward to stopping their again in a week, on our return from Frejus. - The outside appearance of the Hotel does not do justice to the inside.   The staff were really friendly, they had lots of information/leaflets for tourists and, as someone who has never visited Troyes (but have wanted to for years) I was thrilled with the hotel's proximity to the charming, historic city centre. My room at the Hotel Arlequin was fairly basic but very comfortable and had everything I needed. The bathroom ... vad folk säger » was modern and spotless. We had a wonderful stay. - The size of the rooms and baths were very unexpected. Staff very friendly and helpful even though there was a bit of language barrier we made it work. Location in the old part of town quiet enjoyable.

  Great place to stay for en-route drive to the Alps. Very clean, friendly and great value for money. Also, very handy on-site restaurant which again was very reasonable with great food (especially the raclette :). It's probably about 15 mins drive to hotel from the e17. There was almost a minor issue when they didn't seem to be expecting 3 families which I booked - not sure - The hotel was very clean, welcoming and accommodating. I was travelling with my family and we needed to break up the journey. Great place to stay, calm and with a garden where the kids could play after dinner and a long day sitting in the car. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

  Stayed overnight with our granddaughter as we were travelling to a ski resort. Delay on Euro-tunnel meant we would not arrive until after reception shut but a phone call to very helpful lady meant we were informed of our room number and the key left in the door for us. - The off street car park was very re-assuring with a fully loaded car. Good welcome from the Receptionist and the adjacent restaurant was just excellent and well priced.

  Chez Jo has to count as one of our best finds out of very many overnight stays on the way to and from our holiday home in the south. M & Mme Mauger could not have been friendlier nor more welcoming. When we arrived, our hosts put a garden table and chairs out for us so that we c - This place was lush! Amazing cottage for your group in the middle of the French countryside. We are cycling along the Via Francigena and this village was en route for us. The cottage is not luxury type rather a homely place. The owners are most welcoming and even drove us to the nearest restaurant as there is nowhere to dine in the village. Loved the place and the hospitality. Give it a go if you are in that part of the world!
