  The people that run the apartments are simply the best! Very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Very comfortable new and clean and kept that way.   The apartment was of a good size, with separate bedroom and combined living room/kitchenette. The location is very close to the promenade and the shopping and tourist centre of the town (5 mins to beach, 2-15 mins for all major tourist areas). Bars and restaurants right outside the door. Wifi in the room was pretty good, but got patchy in the bedroom. - Apartment was clean and had sufficient space for a family. Ac worked fine. No traffic noice. Information up front (1 week before) and during the stay (by email) was good. Very central location, 1 minute to grocery store, 1 minute to local market with fruit and vegetables, 2 minutes walk to main shopping street and 5 minute walk down to the sandy beaches of Cannes. Lots of restaurants and cafes close to Florella Marceau. Price/quality is good.

Despite being givenas an apartment, it is cleaned on daily basis which is great, espwith families. - The fact that it has been fully refurbished recently, and that it is actually a small two-room flat for a very low price!
