  The apartments are in good location, not far from the sea. The kitchen is clean and comfortable for cooking , clean bedding, so all you need to stay with small family (3 people).   - Idealisk läge - centralt men ändå lugnt - fastän lägenheten var mycket liten var den likväl charmig med utsikt över en gågata -välutrustad lägenhet - vänligt och hjälpsamt ägarpar - Liten men fin lägenhet. Köket bra utrustat, badrummet fint. Dominic var trevlig och hjälpsam, mycket tillmötesgående.

Staff who met us on arrival with keys and on our departure were very nice. - Apartment was les orchidees (or a name like that cant remember exactly), when we initially booked i looked up the apartment we had been assigned and emailed them saying we requested a change of apartment - which they did with no issues. Check in and out no probs, as others stated be aware you need to clean apartment (or pay high fees fir housekeeping). good location. Very well stocked apartment (all cleaning products, tea coffee etc).

  Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well. Our superior studio located in a different building , with a big bathroom, balcony onto street the room was perfectly equipped. Highly recommended and I will be going - I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

  Excelent room, Gourmet Breakfast, higly recommended Hotel - It is in a great location once you are there but it is a little difficult to find as it is right in the center of the old town with outdoor restraunts right in front of it. The staff were very helpful and always cheerful.

  Very nice place 3 min from the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès or if you prefer the beach or the Croisette... Huge apartment with two jacuzzis, one in the master bathroom and one on the huge terrace. Very friendly contact. Sound proof windows.

  The location of the hotel is absolutely great : looking over the sea, sea across the road in 10 meters, beachers to the right ( 50m), castle and Picasso Museum - to the left - 200-300 m along the promenade with GREAT views. Sea viewing terraces are huge, beds are comfortable, - Being November and all, was still a nice setting and location. Just a shirt stroll to Antibes, market, and bars and restaurants. Staff really friendly and helpful with helping with my baggage and parking the car. My room didn't face the sea and was rather dark, but was very cleans and and oversized, like a small apartment. Fridge was stocked with drinks at very over inflated prices but hey that's France.

  I would not have appreciated my visit to Nice as much if I had not stayed at Villa Leonie. Over-all, the atmosphere was exceptional. They are located in a quiet garden setting, but are just a short walk away from grand scenic views of the coastline, the ocean, and the best view of the entire city of Nice. And yet at the same time, they are near to... vad folk säger » the hustle and bustle of everything in the heart of the city. The directrice and her staff were friendly and very helpful. Their information, advice, - A wonderful location - about 5 minutes from a small and relatively quiet beach and a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the sea front into the old town. The welcome couldn't have been warmer and the room was very comfortable and clean. Being able to sit in the lovely garden to read and have breakfast was a real added bonus. If we return to Nice we will gladly stay at Villa Leonie again.
