  Wonderful friendly service from Pascal and his wife. Nothing was too much trouble, especially helping me make alternative arrangements when my flight home was cancelled at short notice! Excellent value breakfast with a choice of fruit juice, fresh croissants and bread, yoghurt, cheese and preserves all served in a pretty courtyard garden. Jean UK - A very special building - a villa, surrounded by trees and bushes, a very nice, quiet, peaceful place, at the same time only 200 meters from a publich beach and less than 1 km from the old town of Antibes. The owners taking good care of the hotel and the customers.

  Excellent location. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach and about a 5 minute walk from the old town with its many bars and restaurants. It's a 10-15 min walk to the Palais des Festivals. Owner David was very friendly and gave us great tips for bars, restaurants and clubs. Wifi was fast and stable. Parking in a garage is some 300m from th... vad folk säger » e hotel and was reasonably priced, otherwise parking on the streets is difficult as it is max 2 hours. - What a great place to stay David and Nelya were very helpful, pleasant and great hosts. Near to beach and all amminities. We would recommend this small friendly hotel to anyone.We, John and Zoia, spent eight nights here and enjoyed every minute.
