Villa d'Elsa was such a wonderful find! It was just gorgeous! The Reception staff were very helpful and attentive! The interior was so quirky and had every amenity required! It was immaculate with a beautiful bathroom and great bed! The location was awesome as well. Close to the beach and to so many great little cafes, bars and restaurants! Very Affordable and if we are lucky enough to go to Juan les Pins again it will definitely be where we stay! Thank you so much!

Upon arrival, which was very late at night we were shown to our room which only had twin beds. We had a triple room at the Aeva hotel as this was the only room available when I was booking. The room, towels, etc were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned and the bed made when we put out the little note to request this. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Very well presented and all spoke very go

We were looking for a hotel close to the Nice Airport, and what a gem.
We were about two miles past the airport...but right on the water in a
smaller town. We were able to park our car on site, as well as walk on
the promenade in front of the hotel. There were also many choices for
restaurants on site, across the street on water. Walking distance to
train station as well. So location was perfect. It was about a $30 cab
ride from Nice...so check bus and train schedules to make sure you can

The owner/staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal or walikng into town center. The Voillle Sailing Regatta was in full swing...very exciting! My wife and I loved the owners resident dog and 21 year old cat! Breakfasts were delicious...the pool inviting! The outside bar fun!! We will definitely go back to this wonderful hotel. -
