  This is a lovely hotel - beautiful brand new large bedrooms in recently renovated section. Olivier, the owner, could not have been more helpful and predictive of our needs. Clean, huge rooms with modern decor, restaurant and wine list fantastic. Large modern room, nice dining room with excellent wine choices by Oliver and Elodie. Food mostly v good and excellent service. Locals said it is pick of hotels in Quillan. Comfy bed too. V enjoyable stay.

  Clean, comfortable room. Efficient, friendly service. Location great - close to the railway station and town amenities. Excellent starting point for our walking trip. Friendly town. - What can I say, we booked for 1 nights and stayed 3!!!! And the laverie is just around the corner. Loved staying here!!!!
