  The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They made all of our dinner and show reservation even when we had to shift them a few time. A smile was always there.   Staff at the hotel were very friendly and spoke very good English. The location of the hotel was very convenient and there were lots nice restaurants and a supermarket located close by.
