  The location was great - a short walk from Gare du Nord, close to many good budget-minded cafes, and incredible jazz clubs. The view from the sixth floor (i.e. seventh) was wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful, and put up with our poor French (although some of them could switch into English). Free internet was great! Close to a couple of metro station. 2. Excellent staff - helpful, friendly, English-speaking. When we had to leave earlier, the receptionist himself served us breakfast with just-from-the-bakery croissants and baguettes. 3. Public kitchen is a good thing. 4. Rather nice facilities for the money, good beds, nice breakfast.

  I really appreciated the location, which felt safe and is close to several metro stations, bus stops and an airport bus. There are also quite a few restaurants and snack bars nearby. The reception is open 24 hours, and the staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was quiet at night, clean and airy, and was great value for money.   The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was someone on the front desk 24-7. The rooms were a decent size, with a good shower room, and were very clean and in good condition. We stayed on the quieter side of the hotel - we were offered the choice - and the noise really was minimal. Also, during our stay the other guests were quiet. Turn left when you leave the hotel and go up the hill and you are in Montmarte, lots of nice cafes and bars, in a typical Parisian setting. A 5 minute walk away from Sacre- Coeur.   I like the room which i stayed, is a garreteer at 6th floor, single bed. It has a long window and is very clean, feels like a home. Eventhough the toilet n bathroom are shared, but to my surprise, it's very clean. Breakfast is simple, but more than enough, i think is quick good. He brightened my Paris trip! I will stay here again if i'm going - The staff was friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent, food was standard but by no means anything to complain about. If you want a good work out ask for the rooms on the top floor! We enjoyed our stay, would recommend it and will try and stay there again when coming back to Paris.
