  Everything. Staff was so kind and helped us in many ways ( especially with the luggage lost by the airline). They will remember me for the rest of their life. I think we called hundreds of times to the airport with their help. Hotel is very close to Sacre Coeur and Jules Joffrin metro station. From there you can get anywhere in Paris. The location was near the Metro and close to many shops and stores where we were able to pick up a warm baguette of bread right outside the train station, walk down the street and pick up some wine and meat and cheese and have a nice dinner in our room. I would recommend this hotel for travelers visiting Paris who want to stay in

  Most budget and mid-range hotels in Paris have tiny rooms, and these rooms were small, but the hotel was very clean, new, so nicely decorated, had great staff, had a nice cold brekfast (with cheese, ham and yogurt - not just bread products) - it's really a gem of a place.
