  The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They made all of our dinner and show reservation even when we had to shift them a few time. A smile was always there.   I loved everything about our stay at the hotel. The hotel was very clean and well organised. I and my girlfriend loved the location, being a ten minute walk away from the Eiffel Tower, local shops just round the corner.... The Staff couldn't have been anymore helpful, and were very polite.   Location excellent. Room size is adequate. Staff on reception friendly and helpful. Bath very nice, shampoo and bath salts provided. Room serviced daily, bed made, clean towels and fresh glasses. The reception area is comfortable and welcoming. Several areas to sit by fire or read books or general sitting all on comfortable lounges. Wifi connection good in room and - I loved the location, because it's already close to several attractions, the most obvious one being the Notré Dame Cathedral. The metro and RER are close by so you can make it to different parts of Paris with ease. The hotel itself was excellent - clean, comfortable and modern. I went with my younger brother, who is 11 years old and so the hotel is appropriate for older children. The staff were very helpful and perfectly bilingual.

  Hotel is in excellent condition.Staff is really helpful and speak english fluently. Room is comfortable and spacios. Decor in the room is modern, minibar is refilled daily. Check in is at 3PM but the room was ready at noon and the - The service was exceptional - particularly the front desk / door staff and the bar service staff and the girl working in the bar - great service. The greeting on the door was friendly. The room was perfect and spacious. The room cleaning service was excellent - everything left fresh and clean. The bed and linen was beautiful. The soft boiled eggs at breakfast were cooked perfectly but could have been served on toast with bacon and grilled tomato. The shower was wonderful. We ad a wonderful stay
