  I loved everything about our stay at the hotel. The hotel was very clean and well organised. I and my girlfriend loved the location, being a ten minute walk away from the Eiffel Tower, local shops just round the corner.... The Staff couldn't have been anymore helpful, and were very polite.   The hotel was modern and clean, with very polite and friendly staff. Great location; 5 mins walk from the Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe. We requested some details of local restaurants and they were supplied with some recommendations. They also offered to book them for us.   A lovely lovely hotel with perfect location an fantastic staff who couldn't do enough for us. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a pleasant surprise. The room was beatifully decorated and had all the amenieties you need. The common areas with the honesty bar were very cosy and a nice way of starting the evening.   The room, though small, was very clean. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. English spoken. Great breakfast. Nice, quiet residential area, but a little far removed from the main tourist areas (nearest, @ 1 mile walk to the Eiffel Tower). Places to eat nearby, small groceries near as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they spoke very good english. It was closed to the metro, supermarket, restaurants and central to all the attractions.   I have aspired to stay in this hotel since I first visited Paris as a student and could not afford it...I Was not DISSAPOINTED,as follows... Lovely staff. Child Friendly. Excellent Location. Honesty Bar and 24 hour service (we did not use it but nice to know it's there). Calm atmosphere... Oasis in the middle of mad Paris ! Garden Suite... (Too ho... vad folk säger » t to use during our visit but nice to know it was there).. 4* accolade but bordering on 5* Chess in the lounge for the kids (mine are 7 and 11) ... go - The staff was uniformly helpful, flexible, friendly and polite. The location is perfect for those who like to wander the Left Bank. The room was a "Paris size", but that is Paris, No? The room was very quiet even though overlooking the street. Very comfortable bed. Lot's of good, non-tourist dining available within a true 5 minute stroll, including a very nice Jaques Cagna restaurant right across the street and 5 minutes from a Grom gelateria. You can spend more but you really won't get more.

  On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
