  I loved everything about our stay at the hotel. The hotel was very clean and well organised. I and my girlfriend loved the location, being a ten minute walk away from the Eiffel Tower, local shops just round the corner.... The Staff couldn't have been anymore helpful, and were very polite.   Läget, rummet och utsikten - The staff are extremely helpful and very well trained. They were sofriendly we forgot we were in Paris. The bed was comfortable and weloved the evening chocolates. The room was very clean and we reallyloved the Hotel location. We had a great view of the Arc de Triomphe andthe Tour Eiffel.   We enjoyed the lovely decor, comfortable bed and nicely-sized room (recommend the Supreme). The hotel is in a lovely part of the city, very near La Madeleine as well as several designer shops. Fine wine, scrumptious veal and the best crème - The staff were awesome and was always willing to assist us despite the time. I arrived pretty late and they organized a perfect resaurant for us which was fabulous. Typical french restaurant( Tante Louise). If you would like to economise, you probably check another one. I will definately visit it again. What I really appreciated was allowing me to keep my suitcases at the hotel for approximately 3 hrs despite that I had already chech out.

  Hotel is in excellent condition.Staff is really helpful and speak english fluently. Room is comfortable and spacios. Decor in the room is modern, minibar is refilled daily. Food from the hotel restaurant is amazing. Check in is at 3PM but the room was ready at noon and the - The service was exceptional - particularly the front desk / door staff and the bar service staff and the girl working in the bar - great service. The greeting on the door was friendly. The room was perfect and spacious. The room cleaning service was excellent - everything left fresh and clean. The bed and linen was beautiful. The soft boiled eggs at breakfast were cooked perfectly but could have been served on toast with bacon and grilled tomato. The shower was wonderful. We ad a wonderful stay

  A lovely lovely hotel with perfect location an fantastic staff who couldn't do enough for us. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a pleasant surprise. The room was beatifully decorated and had all the amenieties you need. The common areas with the honesty bar were very cosy and a nice way of starting the evening. It is so comfortable and relaxing. Like the honesty bar, the two sitting rooms, the free wifi with no password. Love their house room scent.   Have previously stayed at this hotel, which was why we came back. Staff extremely polite and helpful, hotel clean and well situated for my need during the stay.   Hotel was easy to find, great access by metro links. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were impressed by the interior of the hotel - really did feel and look like a 4 star hotel. Room was spacious, no amazing views, but we were out in Paris most of the time so it wasn't much of a problem at all.
