Sophie was very welcoming and also spoke in English.
Directions to the apartment were easy to follow and Sophie advised on the best route to take to get there.
The apartment is set in an ideal location in a nice area. Lots of shops and nice places to eat.
The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was very clean. Ideal for just the two of us. Quiet for saying it is located on a main road. It felt very safe.
Wifi worked very well.

The location is great: metro station within walking distance and other
nearby and various bus stops, the presence of many, great,
boulangerie, local restaurants and supermarkets, and many shops to go
shopping. Sophie, the owner, is friendly and accurate. The studio is
small but well organized and suitable for a short ,but comfortable,
stay in the city.
Clean and confortable studio. The location is very good, with metro and train station nearby, good restaurants and cafes. The matress, that was a complaint in previous reviews, has been changed for a comfortable one.

Nothing, it was all positive.
Little things... The hard mattress and maybe a little tight space to
live.
I don't have complaints.
The containers for refuse were in the courtyard just outside our window. On weekdays we were disturbed in the morning (about 6am) by residents depositing their refuse in these bins.
Check in/out times a bit limited due to no reception.
shower entrance too small,only 3 english speaking channels and they were news.
The studio does not completely match the photos shown on letsbookhotel.com,
specially the furniture.
