Excellent location: near the beach, shops and the bus stop to the airport, right in the middle of the city centre. Good value for the money. There wasn't a minibar in the room as promised but there was a fridge in the hotel kitchen which we could use. Instead there was a kettle in the room. The staff was helpful and speaks English. 24/7 reception.

Cozy small room with French doors to tiny balcony overlooking busy tourism plaza, festive environment, not quiet solitude. Close to restaurants and shops.
Hotel staff very friendly. Accommodations perfect for our minimal needs.
WiFi was appreciated.
In room microwave oven, tiny fridge and hot water maker were convenient for snacks.

This is a great little hotel which would suit anyone,but if like us you are wanting someone secure to park your car and then forget about it,then this is the place. Hotel has good location close to a tram station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are of decent size, additional benefit is that the hotel is new. Parking place is available in the basement.
We spent there two nights, one on our way to Provence, the second on our way back home. On the second occasion we were upgraded to a bigger room without additional payment. This was very kind gesture of receptionist. I would certainly recomend this hotel.

Villa Eden is like a boutique hotel. Antique furnishings and feels very French. The staff is helpful and friendly. They have rooms with Mediterranean views. I spend over 150 nights per year in hotels around Europe, but I'll always remember the 9 days I stayed at La Pérouse in early January 2009. The paroramic view from my room (504) onto the Baie des Anges, the city below and snow-capped mountains around was simply spectacular. Very courteous and helpful staff with unassuming manners. - Nice candies :)
