Key collection is not possible before 17:00, and fees apply to arrivals after 19:00. For arrivals before 17.00, clients can leave your luggage for free at the property's office (Tuesday through Saturday, 10.00-13.00 and 15.00-19.00). If arriving after 19.00, the following fees apply: - From 19:00 to 21:00: EUR 30 - From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 50 - From 23:00 to 00:00: EUR 100 Please inform the property of expected arrival time and flight or train details if applicable. The security deposit will be used to cover any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. It is set via a pre-authorization (Visa and Mastercard only). Cheques or cash will not be accepted for the security deposit. The pre-authorization on your Visa/Mastercard will be released after your departure, following an inspection of the accommodation. American Express and holiday cheques are not accepted. Only Euros are accepted for cash payments. The cleaning fee is mandatory and not included in the price.
