Les Fleurons is in an excellent location; it is a short, fairly level walk from the heart of the town and our train connected with a quick shuttle bus ride from the rail station. Amboise itself is an excellent base to explore the surrounding castles. We went on two excellent tours recommended by Tim.

We had a fantastic time at La Closerie Saint Vincent. Marie and her family were incredibly friendly and welcoming. She helped us by making phone calls to our car rental and hot air ballooning companies, and she made wonderful breakfasts with homemade jam from her own fruit trees. I loved the old house which has beautifully renovated as a B&B with wonderful decor and every comfort. The breakfast was excellent with fresh, home cooked jams and cakes and the location perfect for a trip to the chateaus of the Loire Valley. Marie, the host, could not have been more helpful with her suggestions about places to visit. I would highly recommend the B&B for a perfenct stay in the Loire Valley.

Wow!! The property is next to the river Loire and easy to find. On arrival we were met by the lovely friendly couple who own the Chambres dHotes working on their part of the caves. Spending the night in a cave that feel modern and has a swimming pool is great! The owner is very welcoming. You feel like you are staying at a friend's home. The yard is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine. You can bring a picnic with you. We were able to use the refrigerator. There is a large TV and leather sofa in the common area. The rooms are cozy and well decorated. The shower is nice also. The breakfast was good. Convienient location for seeing Amboise and nearby chateaux.

This was a delightful B&B. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was enormous. The bathroom was bigger than some of the hotel rooms we have stayed in, with a large bath in which to luxuriate. We also enjoyed the town. Very relaxed and with many dining options to choose from. An ideal place as a base to explore the Loire Valley and it's many Chateaus. Our host Sylvie was a delight. I recently stayed in this lovely guest house for a few days and I really
enjoyed staying there. The staff and the owners are very friendly and
helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It
was so quiet and yet right in the middle of Amboise! Perfect location.
Breakfast was good and the restaurant below the rooms served very tasty
Italian food. I would definitely go back there!

First of all, I have to say the welcome we received from Christelle was
exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, and she gave us so many tips
about Amboise, nearby chateaux and lots of information about the
area/France. The room we stayed in was stunning, and the photos
we'd seen beforehand absolutely did not do it justice. Christelle is
the manager and has decorated the hotel in the style if a boutique
hotel, with so many special touches, making the room and dining area

The amazing owner. If you want to have a great, intimate experience and truly get to know a really nice lady, then choose this tucked away charmer of a B&B. We arrived tired after a very long drive. We had stopped at a store and had picnic provisions to enjoy in the garden. The lady of the house not only supplied ice to chill our wine, but she brought out plates and cutlery for our picnic. We lounged on the back terrace in the most comfortable chairs for three hours, so nice after two weeks

The hosts were absolutely fabulous. We arrived late in the afternoon & Francoise and Bernard were so gracious...a good start. A talk about the region showed they knew and cared about what guests want. Breakfast was superb with ample everything. Couldn't recommend it enough. A great place to put away the car and walk to all the attractions yet

We found staying at les Hauts Amboise more than comfortable and welcoming . It was well located to visit the Loire Valley with its many wonderful chateaus and outstanding gardens.
