  The location is the best, you can walk to the Eiffel Tower with young kids (i had three kids age 3.5Years, 2Years, and 10Month) in around 10 min. to 15 min. The staff is very very cooperative spically the manager. The metro station just cross the road, you can easly use it although i used it only for Disney Land tour.   I liked virtually everything about Hotel Mayet. The rooms are well laid- out, with very modern bathrooms. The petite dejeuner included considerable variety (yogurt and cereal, fruit, in addition to croissants).   My husband and I stayed here for 3 days and were extremely happy with accomodation. Excellent!! lovely size...bedroom great ( bed very hard but good) the bathroom huge and fabulous bath, shower. I think two people would have been cramped - but for me it was great (besides who needs a large room when you're in Paris?) I read a lot of reviews before I decided on this hotel. I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.

  Very nice place in quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable bed, all household appliances works well, including washing machine. Near the apartment there are lots of small cheap ethnical restaurants, two pizzerias and supermarket right in house.
