This 17th-century castle is located in Marssac-Sur-Tarn, 7 km from Albi which is listed as a Unesco World Heritage. Set on 15-hectares of parkland, it offers an outdoor pool and garden furniture. Each room at the Domaine Du Buc is individually decorated in a typical 19-century décor with wallpaper, wooden floor and antique furniture. It features a stylish bathroom and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is offered daily at the Domaine Du Buc, it is served in the grand dining area with a fireplace or in the garden. There is a free furnished kitchen for guests, where they can prepare their own lunch and dinner. Upon a 24-hour in advance reservation, guests can enjoy a light dinner prepared on site with local produce. The residence has a Pigeon Loft, and 10 hectares of the parkland are planted with trees. Free private parking is possible on site.

Brigitte is an outstanding host in this gorgeous B&B/home/Manoir set in the countryside near Albi. The atmosphere is family-oriented and graceful, due to the setting, the beautiful period Manoir and the way host, Brigitte, makes you feel totally at home. The property is located 10 mins from Albi and is very central to the magnificent Tarn and Garonne regions. Loved the fresh, home-grown boiled eggs and a very tasty and bountiful breakfast each day. The Domaine is beautiful and the room was very comfortable, retaining the flavor of the time it was built. Breakfast was typically leisure French and served in a beautiful dining room. Highly recommended. A warm and friendly welcome. Very beautiful setting, furnished with a magnificent antique collection from the owner's family heirlooms. The rooms are large and comfortable, light and airy and well appointed. Breakfast in the sunny garden was a particular treat. We loved every moment of our stay. As indicated. Very relaxing and excellent service. Owner speaks good English when my French failed! Enjoyed a good, cheap meal with for us large portions in Lagrave just a couple of km. down the road which was one of the places suggested by the proprietor. Overall excellence. This is a lovely place to stay with wonderful facilities. Every detail is considered. The grounds have terrific spaces such as terraces and the pool side for relaxing and the grounds are just beautiful. Cooking facilities are available which is nice. The only drawback is the distance one has to travel for meals other than breakfast, but that is rapidly forgotten when one follows Brigitte's recommendations!. Absolutely nothing!. Finding the place from memory was difficult. I asked at the Post Office who knew the exact location even though I had forgotten the correct name! A couple of judiciously placed directions [signs] would have saved quite a bit of hassle. A bit expensive.
