  we liked the central and easy to find but quiet location, the availabillity of parking in the host's garage, the calm and elegance of the house, the spaciousness and comfort of the en-suite room, excellent bed and bedding.   We stayed at Mama Shelter - Marseille for 2 nights. The rooms itself were full of light and very clean. It is modern and styled for the minimalist, but you pretty much have all you need. The bar and restaurant downstairs is great - good atmosphere and ambience. Food was nice but a little over priced for what you get.
