  The décor and facilities were worthy of a 4* hotel, with air con; tea and coffee making facilities; hair dryer. The location was perfect - 10 minute stroll to the port; 15 minute stroll to the beach and the old town just round the corner. A one minute walk up the road took us to Place Garibaldi which was wall to wall restaurants with street perfor... vad folk säger » mers - a vibrant place to be. But the real gem of Le Geneve was Corrine, the manageress. What a star, she went the extra 9 yards to make sure we had - The position is super, close to Place Garibaldi, old town and bus lines towards the places to visit on the east side of Nice (e.g. Eze, Monaco, Menton etc.). The room was nicely decorated (the bathroom as well) and with good facilities, like mini-fridge with drinks, coffee / tea making facilities, AC (though quite loud), bathroom accessories etc. The staff was friendly as well.

  The location is excellent, only a short walk to the port and from there to the beach. The hotel is lovely and quiet, with a large comfortable bed.   Location only 200 m from the beach. Helpful staff. Option of reserving on-street parking in front of hotel was very useful. - Great little hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was great and location is perfect for seeing Nice.

  We were travelling with our child and the hotel offered us an extra bed for him for free. We really appreciated this. It is clean, easy to find and in a great location. Despite being in the centre of the city's nightlife, it was very quiet. We had a great outlook. - It was a good clean well located hotel.   This was my first trip to Nice and also my first solo trip abroad. I was very impressed by the friendly manor in which the staff were towards me. Having read some of the reviews before; I did not have much problem with the internet connection, besides only a few drop outs, It worked really well.
