  Great hotel in a lively and interesting part of Paris. Cafes, Creperies and other nightlife surround the hotel. It's a fairly short walk from Montparnasse train station and an even shorter walk to the closest Metro. Our room was small but comfortable. The large, clean bathroom was lovely as was having a separate toilet for once! Staff were friendly and helpful, and if you are travellin - exellent location in the heart of Montparnasse, in a lively neighborhood with iconic Parisian streetscapes. Just a hop, skip and a jump from the Montparnasse station, one metro line stops right at the corner and many more within a block's distance. Friendly English-speking and helpful staff, breakfast delivered to the room, nice and clean rooms, good bath; my room had a great balcony to sit in and breath the city air. For the business traveller there is a small but functional desk to work on. A

  Hotellet ligger mycket bra. Nära till tunnelbanan och nära till bra shoppingcenter och restauranger. Det passade oss perfekt att kunna bo i ett fyrbäddsrum. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. The elevator was nice to have. Should be upgraded 3 stars! - The hotel's staff was very kind, well informed about routing towards monuments and shopping.Rooms are clean, with large bathroom and very quite.

  As an academic I have attended conferences all over Europe and beyond. I always book 3 star hotels, as I prefer the personal touch which I find missing in 4 or 5 star places. The 3 star hotels near the congress venues (the Odeon and Paris Diderot University) were all booked, so I went for this one - and I am so glad I did! Only 4.5 ks from the Eiffel Tower & the same from the louvre. Probably one of the cheapest hotels in Paris.

  Location was fantastic- a few blocks from the Pernety and Plaissance metro stations. Easy to get from there to Montparnasse, Invalidades and other metro/RER stations to get all over Paris. Nice neighbourhood with a lot of bakeries and a couple of very nice restaurant solutions that were much less expensive than the ones in the center. Overall a great choice!   Excellent English speaking staff and the hotel is very centrally located. As is typical of Parisian hotels in this category, the rooms are small and the breakfasts are overpriced. Don't despair, some of the best bakeries in Paris are all within a two block radius of the hotel and McDonald, if you can handle it, is right next door.   The staff were very friendly & helpful. We needed laundry the very first night in Paris and they found for us within walking distance and open on a Saturday night. All week they went above what we asked for. The neighborhood was very fun. Always something to watch from our window. Loved the vitality of the area.
