  I expected less based on reviews (with all due respect to previous reviewers), but surprisingly staff was very service, polite and helpful, also room & bathroom were restored, neat and very clean.   The location was excellent. The tree lined Rue Tronchet was one of the most beautifully streets we found in Paris. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had a lot of charm.
