  Very friendly couple of managers, who helped with maps and places to see. Excellent location a short walk down the hill to the town centre. Good breakfast. Garage for the car. - Room was very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Room had a great view of the street but was insulated against street noise.

  Really comfortable rooms in the heart of Saintes. We were new to Saintes - it is a beautiful city. The morning continental breakfast was organic and superb. Very friendly welcome from the owners. The proprietor gave us a wonderful welcome when we arrived after 9 pm after a tiring train journey with delays. She gave us a tray with tea and juice and little cakes.   This was my third stay at this hotel. Once again it did not disappoint. I use it as a stop over when driving to southern France on our family holiday. It has a great location as it is only minutes from the motorway. The reception staff were so friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. I was travelling with my husband and 2 children ag... vad folk säger » ed 8 & 7 years. We booked a family room. The man at reception showed me 2 rooms and told me to take my pick. We decided on a downstairs room with - Staff were incredibly helpful. Room and bathroom spotless. This is not a luxury hotel but is a reasonably priced stopover. We have used it several times and will continue to do so.
