  The hotel has an excellent location, especially for younger people looking for the energy of the Latin Quarter. Very close to Metro and RER, and plenty of enexpensive (for Paris) restaurants and clubs nearby that are open well into the morning.   I did not expect much from this hotel when I booked as I just needed a place close to Gare de L'est and Gare du Nord so that would be convenient for me to catch the trains to Strasbourg and Antwerp.   The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were adequate. Nothing fancy and met our needs. TV, non smoking rooms parking garage and easy walk to the train station. Easy to find the hotel however parking could be a problem as there are limited available spaces compared to ration of rooms.
