  The owners, Aude & Sebastien are a lovely couple - nothing is too much trouble. We arrived early and although our room was not ready we were able to leave our luggage. Aude greeted us with coffee and lots of useful information plus a map of Bordeaux. Our room was spacious & comfortable with an en-suite shower room.   Where do I start, we had the best stay here the accommodation was excellent the breakfast was delicious, the outdoor dining garden room, and piere the owner offered his personal assistance to assist us with our onward bookings/ translations, both he and his personal assistant exceeded our expectations. - Clean, spacious and with modern design.   The hotel is charming and well located to explore the city by foot. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable although not very big. We loved the Hermes toiletries and the macaroons at night. There was a lot of attention to details. Breakfast was delicious.   This boutique hotel is a modern beautifully kept property very handy to the river walk and the head of Rue St. Catherine, the major shopping street. The Staff were incredibly helpful.
