Behövde byta rum pga parfymlukt, inga problem med uppgraderingen. - Staff superb, location ideal, room very nice and comfortable, clean,well appointed.   Excellent location for a Paris trip, beautifully decorated and equipped rooms which are sound proofed to a very high standard and have excellent black out curtains, bathrooms excellent too and staff very helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel serves excellent food until late at night with very helpful and friendly staff. It's a 4 star hotel... vad folk säger » and deserves that rating for sure. - The hotel was beautifully designed, the rooms were very comfortable and luxurious and the dining room/breakfast spot was wonderful. The staff was courteous and helpful, the location is the best in Paris and the rates are very reasonable.
