  Attention to detail, free fast internet, good position in the city. - All staff were friendly and professional. The wonderful smell of polish when we arrived was an indication of the level of cleanliness in the hotel. The bedroom was small but very well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The room, which they upgraded at no cost, was quite large as was the bathroom. International newspapers to read along with your breakfast (not included but reasonable at 15 euros) and your morning was off to a great start. I'd definitely stay here again. There's a terrific restaurant next door as well called Cafe de l'esplanade.

  We arrived very early and was unable to check in but we were able to check in room early once ready about 2 hours early. Hotel staff pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.   nice stuff and comfortable room - Nice fair size room. Robes and slippers were included which made it a nice touch. Very clean. Excellent customer service. The receptionists were very attentive and ready to help. The waiters were also very helpful.
