  nice homely atmosphere, with unique and funky interior decor - every room is individual and based on natural themes (ours was aubergine, everything was purple). We had the junior suite (the largest room on each floor) which was a reasonable size for a local Paris hotel. Near Bastille, not so far from the centre by metro, but about a 30 minute walk... vad folk säger » , nearest place of interest Place Des Voges about 15 minute walk away. The staff were friendl and helpful, and the food in their restaurent, although - Good, safe neighborhood. 1 minute away from small metro stop, 5 minutes away from major metro stop. Very comfy beds. EXCELLENT staff at front who were very helpful and knowledgeable. Always felt safe there. Also, adorable puppy who is at the front desk most of the time... Brightened my day!

  The staff was exceptionally helpful and all spoke English. It was right next to the metro station and on the main metro line - very easy to travel anywhere. The price was very inexpensive for Paris, and the rooms were very clean, modern, spacious, etc. It is in Bastille, and it is a very exciting part of town.   Toppenhotell, otroligt trevligt placerat i Paris - Stayed here for 5 nights with two teenage kids. This was a great place to come back to at the end of the day. The street and neighborhood were quiet (then again it was in the middle of August in Paris). The rooms were very clean and comfortable. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful... vad folk säger » . It's definitely trying to establish a certain style. No problem with that, made it interesting. - From the soft colors and natural material to the beautiful orchide in the room, the "ecolo syle" rooms were exactly as they described them! The staff was very helpful and most of them spoke fairly good English; the breakfast was excellent (with five different kinds of cheese, bacon, cereals, fresh juice, eggs, great croissant and coffee). 5 min walk to Bastille metro and Gare de Lyon

  Great location. Quiet area, easy walk to the Metro and Gare de Lyon train station, and within 10 to 15 minute walk to the Bastille, Notre Dame and Latin Quarter. Very modern and updated hotel with a modern elevator to access upper floors. Rooms are small, which is not unusual for Paris, but nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. There are great markets on several blocks of - This is a quiet around-the-corner hotel; I stayed on the 5th floor street-side. Yet, the lively atmosphere of the bistro’s near Gare de Lyon is just a minute walk. The rooms are as you see them on the pictures: clean design and in very clean condition. The staff recommends dinner at the brasserie L’Européen on Blvd Diderot, opposite the Gare de Lyon: excellent food in a nice location. Breakfast is of good quality served in the basement, tourists my prefer to go out. Wireless internet is free
