  The hotel is within 5 minutes walk of two metro stops, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very nice. We stayed at only budget hotels throughout our vacation in Europe and this was one of the nicer ones. - Location and friendly staff.

  The location was amazing - in the best and very cozy district in all Paris, near wonderful Sorbonne, where you can eat gourmet breakfast, also near metro station. It's next to many cinemas and great cafes - everything in one place.   I've been to Paris almost a dozen times and this is the 1st hotel Iwould stay in again. It was lovely! Wonderful staff (ask the nightmanager for a dinner recommendation), great rooms, perfect locationright next to a metro stop and on a great little street with a bakerynearby.   I liked the area a lot, since it was an urban residential area. I had awonderful dinner for a low price at a nearby restaurant, and most peoplewalking by waved at the owners. - easy to find, small room but clean, tasty breakfast..no problems at all..I would recomend Villa Van Gogh

  The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were adequate. Nothing fancy and met our needs. TV, non smoking rooms parking garage and easy walk to the train station. Easy to find the hotel however parking could be a problem as there are limited available spaces compared to ration of rooms.
