  Det var rent på rummen. Personalen i receptionen trevlig och kunde bra engelska. - room is clean, staff is very helpful and friendly. - I loved the staff. They were very polite and helpful during my stay. The room was a good size for Europe, and was extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was great!

  The Location was great when travelling with the Ryanair shuttle bus,also there were lots of nice restaurants, cafe's, and mini-marketslocated around the hotel. The club room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and modern, the toiletries were lovely and the towels were changed daily.   It was great. The place is 5 minutes to the Arc of Triumph by walking. The neightborhood is very nice, with a lot of coffee shops and the best fresh bread I've ever had. The staff is very nice.   I took my daughter to Paris for the weekend. The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. We stayed in a double room which seemed to have been recently renovated. The bathroom was very nice! But the best part of the hotel is the location-the metro stop is around the corner. Excellent customer service, wonderful location and a huge room with good shower. Loved it. We come to Paris once intwo years or so and this stay was btw farthe most comfortable. Wish we had spent more time. Will try to return to this hotel again.

Despite living only a few blocks from the L'Arc de Thriomphe, it was quiet and yet still very central. - Most hotels look better online than in person.   The hotel location is superior. the staff is very friendly they even helped with getting you around the city, an umbrella in bad weather, and reserving a taxi when needed. - Everyone was very friendly, kind & helpful!!
