The hotel is superb. It's small and perfectly designed. Luxurious but not gaudy. Also the small feel of the hotel makes it feel so private and is such a refreshing change from the big business hotels that feel cold and generic. The location is perfect and the hotel is very romantic. We came to Paris from Turkey for our wedding. Concierge (especially Christophe) helped a lot to us. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Pont Royal for this wonderful experience. We will come there again.

The service was exceptional - particularly the front desk / door
staff and the bar service staff and the girl working in the bar - great

fresh and clean. The bed and linen was beautiful. The soft boiled eggs
at breakfast were cooked perfectly but could have been served on toast
