I researched the place on Tripadvisor and read praise for room 306 so I requested it and got it: wonderful! and more than I expected:a spacious sunny apartment with lots of typical Parisian windows onto a fountain and square. Staff were always professional and helpful, their indications for fast orientation on the Metro were invaluable. - Location

It was a nice compromise between apartment and hotel. Having mini kitchen facilities was great for times when we just didn't want another restaurant meal. The location of the hotel is perfect. The Suites are very comfortable and clean and it have all the facility same as what we expect. - Central location on the Champs Elysees. It was a duplex room with a small kitchen. Just wonderfull.

I've been to Paris almost a dozen times and this is the 1st hotel Iwould stay in again. It was lovely! The room was very pleasant -- spacious, good kitchen, big shower, balcony. Also, it is very close to a supermarket, which made cooking very easy. We loved the fact that is was great value for money, and was quite close to the subways and the tour busses so getting into town was not an issue. Very neat and clean and close to supermarkets. -
Good price and location. The area isn't bad like people make out, possibly intimidating at first but friendly and cheaper than the tourist areas.
