  This hotel was so central to everything. You can stroll across and have breakfast in the Luxembourg gardens. At night walk around and over the bridges. Opposite the louvre. 5 minutes walk from musee d orsay Metro Station. The staff spoke very good English. Just outside the 6th arrondissement. Would definitely stay here again. - Located in front of Le Louvre, the hotel is easy to find, clean and the staff is friendly and helpfull. A Vélib station is located opposite to the Hotel and visiting Paris with a bicycle is fantastic. We will return to this place.

  It was a very good location in a nice area, being close to many points of interest, and close to two metro stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and english level was above average. We went in mid-April but it did get a bit cold outside in the evenings, but the temperature was very comfortable. Located in a quiet side street away from crowds & noise. The front desk service was warm,friendly, prompt & congenial. Fairly well stocked mini bar although we did not use it.

The wonderful smell of polish when we arrived was an indication of the level of cleanliness in the hotel. The bedroom was small but very well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The room, which they upgraded at no cost, was quite large as was the bathroom. There's a terrific restaurant next door as well called Cafe de l'esplanade.

I think two people would have been cramped - but for me it was great (besides who needs a large room when you're in Paris?) I read a lot of reviews before I decided on this hotel. I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.
