  We loved the fact that is was great value for money, and was quite close to the subways and the tour busses so getting into town was not an issue. Very neat and clean and close to supermarkets. - Good price and location. The area isn't bad like people make out, possibly intimidating at first but friendly and cheaper than the tourist areas.   Loved being in the heart of things - next door to the moulin rouge, in an area of paris that never sleeps. We were four storeys up with a full length balcony, so could watch everything from our apartment.noise was not a problem as he apartments are double glazed. Despite some Paris in the springtime snow, the apartment was warm and cosy. We enjoye... vad folk säger » d having the use of a kitchen to eat at home when we felt like it. But also loved the restaurants which were a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend 'L - Location: in the middle of a lively area that stays awake throughout most of the night (hotel is adjcent to Moulin Rouge), it is also 50m from an entrance to the metro. Still at night, if the windows are shut - the room is quiet and cozy. Size: it is certainly not large, but compared to other places at this price range we managed (with 5/8yr old kids) perfectly well inside - anything more may become an issue! Everything inside seemed to work fine, we even managed to cook one meal :) Price: exce

  It was a nice compromise between apartment and hotel. Having mini kitchen facilities was great for times when we just didn't want another restaurant meal. It was also nice to have the breakfast buffet option. Locations was good.   Location was excellent! - The staff were very nice and helpful. Excellent service with a smile;). We were upgraded from a 2 Studio apartment to a 4 person apartment which was more comfortable.   I researched the place on Tripadvisor and read praise for room 306 so I requested it and got it: wonderful! and more than I expected:a spacious sunny apartment with lots of typical Parisian windows onto a fountain and square. Staff were always professional and helpful, their indications for fast orientation on the Metro were invaluable. - Location
