  The staff were so helpful! Whatever we needed or wherever we needed to go, they directed us to the right place. Very close to the underground train and buses. Grocery stores, ATM's near by. The room was spotless and warm every single day. Bathroom and toilet are very clean with the towels changed every day.   Everything. Staff was so kind and helped us in many ways ( especially with the luggage lost by the airline). They will remember me for the rest of their life. I think we called hundreds of times to the airport with their help. Hotel is very close to Sacre Coeur and Jules Joffrin metro station. From there you can get anywhere in Paris. Many restaurants around the hotel, a MonoPrix store fo - This hotel provided us a good value and comfortable rest during our stay in Paris. The breakfast was adequate and very good. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The location was near the Metro and close to many shops and stores where we were able to pick up a warm baguette of bread right outside the train station, walk down the street and pick up some wine and meat and cheese and have a nice dinner in our room. I would recommend this hotel for travelers visiting Paris who want to stay in

  One of the front office staff, Vanessa Lopes, provided fabulous customer service and made my stay wonderful. She helped me to change rooms to one with a more spacious floor plan.   We stayed at Riviera for 3 nights, I have to say the Staff of the hotel were really friendly and helping. The hotel had internet for free in loby, and also at nights when we want to drink tea, they borrowed us their kettle. They also helped us about sightseeing. The rooms were good as well, the beds were a little bit small, but comfortable.
