  The staff were so helpful! Whatever we needed or wherever we needed to go, they directed us to the right place. Very close to the underground train and buses. Grocery stores, ATM's near by. Restaurants for all taste. Some good, and some bad. But, you good not do better with the staff. They made the stay very nice. This is not a luxury hote... vad folk säger » l. Excellent location - metro is only 3 min walk, lots of shops around, pharmacy and lots of fruit counters. Were returning back to hotel around 11-12 in the evening and didn't spot a single weirdo. The room was spotless and warm every single day. Bathroom and toilet are very clean with the towels changed every day. They are friendly, competent, and also speak English well for those of us that are not that skilled in French. The location is perfect, and also quiet.   Servicenivån var mycket hög, med vänlig engelsktalande personal som med gott humör gjorde vår vistelse bekväm. Classic rummet var i minsta laget (med utsikt över en gård), men efter att ha uppgraderat till en svit (både större och med balkong med utsikt över Eiffeltornet) fick vi det vi förväntat oss. We were upgraded on arrival to a gorgeous suite with a private sun terrace on the fourth floor, with a playstation and so many amenities. The gym was great as well, with lots of equipment.   Staff were extremely welcoming on arrival. When I handed my booking reference in the gentleman checking us in noticed i had blacked out the price and asked if it was a surprise, I advised it was for my husbands birthday and he wished my husband a happy birthday and asked if he could invite us to the bar for a complimentary cocktail or glass of cha... vad folk säger » mpagne to celebrate, which was a much appreciated gesture and wonderful start to our trip. We were then shown to our room which we were very impressed - The staff without exception were superb and couldn't do enough to help. We had a three night stay, changing to a different themed room each day. All of the rooms were great and although "compact and bijou" were plenty big enough for our needs. We had a great time in Paris aided in no small part by the knowledge that at the end of each day we would be returning to the Secret. We would recommend without hesitation and will definitely be staying there again.

  The rooms have recently been refurbished, the bed was comfy and the was air conditioning and a nice big tv. It was quite at night but still very close to the sights and a very good metro line. - GHood hotel with friendly staff. Great position close to Cadet metro station. Can even walk to Seine and shopping if you are energetic.

  Jag var mycket nöjd med både personal, service, rummet och läget - fräscha rum och sköna sängar. Det var nära till shoppingen och lite längre att gå om man vill till Marais och andra sidan Seine. Men centralt läge ändå.
