  Servicenivån var mycket hög, med vänlig engelsktalande personal som med gott humör gjorde vår vistelse bekväm. Classic rummet var i minsta laget (med utsikt över en gård), men efter att ha uppgraderat till en svit (både större och med balkong med utsikt över Eiffeltornet) fick vi det vi förväntat oss.   This hotel is really underrated on letsbookhotel.com - it is fabulous. We were upgraded on arrival to a gorgeous suite with a private sun terrace on the fourth floor, with a playstation and so many amenities. The gym was great as well, with lots of equipment.   The room was so lovely: warm and comfortable. The space was used very well and the room had a nice luxury to it. It can be hit and miss in a big city but this was just perfect for returning back to after a long day of business.   Found to the hotel to be extremely comfortable. Did not eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food. Staff were extremely helpful. Location was quite good. Right beside Galeries Lafayette and alot of other shops but a little further away from the main tourist attractions that I thought. They upgraded our room also because we had a baby with us and it was of a bigger size. We thought this was especially kind.

  The hotel is in a busy spot but with the window closed, you can't hear a thing - aircon too, so not too hot during the night. Room was fine, big enough for 2 and we were out and about anyway. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

  We adored the ambience and feel of the hotel. The bar was divinely intimate and lit for lovers like us in mind, the reception area was so beautiful and our superior room was well appointed too with grand windows covered in miles of sumptuous fabric. We loved the decor of the Regina and even though there was renovations happening, we were not at all inconvenienced by them. Our stay - The hotel's location is excellent - major attractions within walking distance. Our rooms ( looking over Place des Pyramides/Rue de Rivoli ) were spacious and spotless offering fine expansive views taking in the Eiffel Tower and Louvre, two Paris icons - what's not to love?! Regina's staff were very friendly and accommodating helping to make the stay there was most enjoyable. Am not able to comment on food at the hotel as we ate out at all times.
