The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Although it was busywhen we arrived, they were very quick to process everyone.The room wasvery clean, comfortable and the location was excellent. Great location and less than 10 minutes walk to the Monte Carlo Casino, Hotel du Paris and shops; everything is in walking.
The room was fine and clean and we had a balcony overlooking the street.
If you're driving to the hotel, this can be a bit tricky, recommend a GPS and there isn't really any parking onsite, just street parking. -

The staff were very helpful and obliging and it was clean but full of character which was exactly what I wanted. Also the location was perfect, right in the middle of a busy interesting part of town but a short walk to everything else in Monaco. I loved it.

Stayed here with my husband for 3 nights in July. Staff could speak fluent English and are nice and very helpful. Hotel located in a quiet town with easy access to Monaco by bus within 10 minutes. Bus stops to different places located just in front of Hotel. Nearby sea side is so beautiful and attractive. Guest room is quiet and clean, with adequate size and partial sea view.
