The staff was great! We arrived at 2 am and they were waiting for us with everything ready. The next morning they helped us tremendously with our car reservation ( which the car company could not find). Ideal location for sightseeing in Paris. Located in vicinity to Louvre. You can walk to all famous touristic places easily from Louvre to Notre Dame. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was bigger than we expected but clean and tidy with TV-panel on the wall. Reception working 24-7, taxi to airport - no problem. Nice renovated room with new furniture. We'll definetely be back again.

The staff was wonderful. We stayed for five days and this small boutique hotel provides an exceptionally well trained, multilingual staff that is available to really "care" for their guests 24 hours. Very central location and I found very good receptionists. They are really helpful when needed and always available. I have been here earlier in the year and they finished works in reception and breakfast area making it more modern. Good wify and very friendly staff. Very good bathroom and shower facility very modern. -

I had asked for a change in room location within the hotel. The staff went out of their way & were sincere in ensuring it was done even though it was fully packed over the week. I really appreciate the effort.
