  The staff were friendly and helpful, and all requests were dealt with efficiently and with a smile. That included phoning a restaurant for me to confirm reservations that I had made through a website. The location of the hotel was ideal for us. I think two people would have been cramped - but for me it was great (besides who needs a large room when you're in Paris?) I read a lot of reviews before I decided on this hotel. I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.

  Just got back from a short break in Paris.Everything about this Hotel was perfect for us.The room was clean and furnished to a high standard,with very comfortable beds,superior quality bedlinen,thick curtains and an excellent bathroom.The hotel staff went out of their way to welcome us and made us feel very much at home.We were concerned that tea ... vad folk säger » making facilities weren't going to be available in the hotel room,but this concern was soon swept aside,as pots of tea are available anytime on reques - Everything! The receptionist couldn't have been more efficient and helpful! Wanting to change our return rail tickets,he directed us to a local station rather than the main line terminal, saving two time and money wasting taxi rides. Knowing that one of us had become not well, he happily agreed to us delaying our checkout , allowing us to rest in the room and avoid a tediously long wait at the station.   This hotel is in an excellent location. Turn left when you walk out front door to Metro station. About 200 yds. Monoprix supermarket opposite is marvellous - Paris prices of course. Turn right and a two minute walk along the Rue de Bac takes you to the Seine. on the way you will see marvellous boulangerie on left and delicatessen on right (one ... vad folk säger » block up). At the end of Rue de Bac, the Musee d'Orsay is on your left and walk across the bridge in front of you and you're at the Louvre! Turn left - The location is perfect and the hotel is very romantic.
