The room was (for Paris and this price point) spacious and clean, the amenities fine. The staff was very courteous and helpful.   Great location in an active neighborhood away from the touristy center, full of cafes and restaurants. Two nearby metro stations quickly get you anywhere you need to go. The hotel itself is newly renovated with comfortable, modern rooms and an attentive, friendly staff. We arrived early, before our room was ready.   The location is more than ok since it is found not far from a metro station. It is definately clean. Breakfast is excellent in terms of quality. It certainly consists of an adequate variety and i can not see why should someone complain about it.   What a wonderful hotel! I go to Paris a couple of times a year, and have tried out different hotels, but now I think I will stay here every time. The superbly restored old building with its rough old beams, the warm welcome, the calm and quiet in the heart of busy Paris, and the beautiful room with a lovely bed and quality bed linen - everything w... vad folk säger » as just perfect. Not to mention the location, close to everything, 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro, 10 minutes to the Notre Dame, and loads of gre - The hotel's location is perfect. Situated in one of the prettiest and most central areas in Paris, but incredibly private and quiet. The design and interior is a perfect mix of traditional (exposed stone & timber) and contemporary. Very airy, light and spacious. The room had the biggest and most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Staff were very friendly, helpful and considerate. 5 stars all round.

  Originally I booked two rooms for two nights. Upon arrival both the rooms were upgraded. Since my friends had to stay a few more nights in one the rooms, they were let to use the upgraded room during their whole stay. Huge respect to the staff helping my friend during their stay.   Toppenhotell, otroligt trevligt placerat i Paris - Stayed here for 5 nights with two teenage kids. This was a great place to come back to at the end of the day. The street and neighborhood were quiet (then again it was in the middle of August in Paris). The rooms were very clean and comfortable. No problem with that, made it interesting. - From the soft colors and natural material to the beautiful orchide in the room, the "ecolo syle" rooms were exactly as they described them! The staff was very helpful and most of them spoke fairly good English; the breakfast was excellent (with five different kinds of cheese, bacon, cereals, fresh juice, eggs, great croissant and coffee). 5 min walk to Bastille metro and Gare de Lyon
