We booked from a courtyard where our apartment had fallen through, in the very nice neighborhood where it and Chomel are located, t 8:30 p.m. Arrived at 8:40. The price was more than a hundred dollars a night less than the others in the area. The front desk person was wonderful. The rooms were small and a bit tired, but clean and the showers were hot with lots of pressure. Good internet.

Great location! You can visit Lovre, Notre Dam by walk. And the hotel is
really close to subway and but station. The room is a little bit small
so maybe two people couldn't share.. But nice for just one person.

The hotel was all in all excellent! It is located north from the
Montparnasse Metro-station, just meters from the St.Placide Metro-
station. The rue de Rennes is a commercial street with many shops,
boulangeries and cafes. The hotel itself is a brand new boutique hotel,

I would strongly recommend this hotel for American tourists, especially
for first-time visitors to Paris. At Legend the beds are extremely
comfortable, the rooms are a bit more generous, and the elevator is
actually large. The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating, as
well as professional. Moreover, the location is perfect for first-time
visitors since you are near a major rer station (Montparnasse) and can

I loved the location! I was close to the metro, close to Notre Dame and
the hop on/hop off tour was right near the hotel too. Made touring
Paris so easy! I booked a larger room - I thought it was perfect for one
person. I think two people would have been cramped - but for me it was
great (besides who needs a large room when you're in Paris?)
I read a lot of reviews before I decided on this hotel. I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.
