  Even though the hotel was rather 'tired' it had everything I wanted - room service, a kettle in the room, bathrobe, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a hotel for a long time!   The staff is very nice. My room has been upgraded and it is on the eighth floor. The room is very very comfortable and nice. THere is a very good view and you can enjoy the view of paris. Although the lift is broken down, the staff has arranged someone to help me carry the luggage upto my room. Besides, the staff has explained to us that there is ... vad folk säger » a construction in the hotel. All the rooms will be new and cleaned in this summer time. I think the lift has been fixed. So I think there will not be - The location is perfect. If you are young, you can walk everywhere. As a back up, two metro stations, Bonne Nouvelle and Strasbourg-Saint Denis are only steps away. I was worried about the traffic noise at night, but on the third floor it was no problem.

  I liked that the staff was so friendly and helpful. I appreciated the Wi-Fi service. And the hotel is in a great place to take advantage of some of the most famous sites in Paris. - Small but well designed and furnished rooms. Everything you need and very comfy bed and pillows.

  Really liked the interior design, doesn't look like the average hotel - in a good way! Good location. Clean, comfortable beds. Night staff really nice. - Decor. Had small issue with lights which were rectified by staff the very next day.

We travelled with our one-year-old son, and there was a cot ready in the room when we arrived, and the staff even put 3 extra bedsheets under the cot mattress to make it more comfortable for our little one!
