We got a very good deal from letsbookhotel.com which was a fifth of the official price list.
The hotel was huge and luxurious and not your typical European or paris hotels.
Rooms were comfortable and its location was great with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
Gaite metro station was just steps away conveniently.

Great room. 5 min to Rue Montparnasse - Everything about the hotel is perfect. It's clean and chic. Modern and comfortable. Even the convenience of internet in the room even if you don't have computer. (With extra charge, of course). The price that I paid include breakfast. Got a taxi from Gare du Nord for just under Euro 20. Hotel has two steps up to reception and an elevator. We chose this hotel as it was close to Montpanasse RER which we needed the following morning. Loved the location. It's in an area where there are a lot going on but there aren't many tourists and we felt totally safe. Unlike certain neighborhoods in district 2, 9, and 11 where we don't feel safe. The neighborhood is very diverse and has a very "authentic" vibe because there aren't too many tourists that venture out there. The second-hand market two blocks from the hotel on Sundays was so much fun!
Hotel was very clean and reasonably priced. Bathroom is updated and new. Staff was overall

Our room was clean fresh recently renovated by the look of it, staff couldn't have been more helpful,Benjamin did everything he could to help us even carried my bags for me up the stairs as there is no lift .....we were on first floor but if have some luggage it can be a difficult chore, Benjamin to rescue !! Location is excellent, bakery on the corner makes the best cafe creme and pastries. Top Tip brush up on your French it really will help out in the local shops etc. even if its just bonjour
