  This ia a lovely hotel, in a fantastic location, right opposite the train station. Very clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly too. - Location suited our needs - close to railway station and airport shuttle bus also within walking distance of Toulouse centre.

  Agnes and Jerome, the owners/managers, together with Anna looked after us over the three days that we were there. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel situated close to Railway Station, and was central for all our needs. The accommodation is simple but met our requirements and we are happy to give it a "thumbs up".   The hotel was very close to the railway and bus stations, so I could leave my luggage there before exploring the town, and it was only a short walk on the day of departure. The hotel was close to a Carrefour City supermarket, which was useful for breakfast and lunch. The room was spacious for one person and in a quiet part of the building. - Concierge was very helpful with my luggage. Room was nice-sized and had two French windows with small balcony overlooking rue Bayard (two sets of shutters gave good noise protection). Comfy bed, modern bathroom. Clean.

  This hotel is perfectly placed for a visit to Toulouse, being a 10 minute walk from the centre, and if you are cycling or walking into the city beside the Canal du Midi. The station is opposite, 2 minutes walk away.   This is an excellent place to stay for those on a moderate budget. It's a fairly plain hotel but it's decent, clean and well maintained, with friendly, helpful staff. It's in a good location, close to the railway station and therefore easy to find and convenient for the airport shuttle bus which stops nearby. The parking was few doors down but the instructions were clear and efficient. Parking very secure. Very good value. We enjoyed having an English language TV channel. If you are travelling by train it is also a perfect location. The walk to the main sights, even across the Garonne river is manageable.
